For some reason Tanner got very attached to me, and still does not like to be in a room if I am not there. Him and I have become best friends. He loves his new brother Diesel and likes to steal toys from his Sister Jada (both boxers). I smile everytime I think of him. He has become a major part of my family. We are still foster parents as well. I have not stopped thinking about the atrocities that were performed against Luke with no consequence towards the previous owners. We have found great comfort in the fact that STL Louis Boxer Rescue has given the animals (Boxers) a voice. Animal cruelty is as we can all agree, an issue that merits greater attention, and I welcome a more comprehensive and timely discussion regarding the treatment of animals. I was going back and forth about adopting or buying a puppy. NO Regrets !!! His foster mom made the transition very smooth and offered support if needed. My sister is jealous. Drake is making her one-year-old boxer look bad. Thanks again, for everything. Message From: Judy August 30, 2007 We had a female boxer for 10 years. She was just the best! Shelby was a reverse brindle with a black mask. Cancer took her at 12 years old, we got "pedie" (a male boxer) within a week. The house just wasn't the same without Shelby. Pedie is 1 1/2 years and we have so much fun with him. Boxers are our favorite! Just part of the family! You do an awesome job for this breed. Thanks!
