We adopted our boxer girl, Tigger, 11 years ago! She was 6 or 7 months old at that time, and is still going strong! Thank you, Boxer Rescue, for helping her to find us! We love our girl dearly and just wanted to let you know that she is doing well after all these years!

Dear St.Louis Boxer Rescue , I found your site when I was looking at a boxer named Annie. I like looking at the stories on Rainbow Bridge and I really like the one about Campbell and that had to be hard on Campbell's family for only having him for 8 months. Sad!

Dear Boxer Rescue, I am very excited to discover your website. I am an experienced boxer owner. My family has been in love with boxers for as long as I can remember. Our first boxer Maddie died of cancer at the young age of 5, and our second girl boxer Bella is thriving at age 4. Hopefully I will be contacting you soon about Turner!

My wife and I are thinking about adopting an adult boxer and found your website very informative even though we are experienced dog owners. Hopefully we will be contacting you soon about a new addition to our family!

In early January, we had to put down our female boxer, Tie. She was 12 years old. I write this because she was from Boxer Rescue 11 years ago and was a beautiful, funloving girl. She left behind our male boxer, Archie who is 11 years old. You all do a wonderful thing and I thought I should tell you.

Message From: Lauret March 3, 2008
You have some beautiful boxers. I know you must get attached.

We have had our Brindy for 3 years now and I can not imagine our lives without her. I will never own any other dog but a boxer. There is not a more loyal, trusting lovable companion for my disabled husband then Brindy. Hopefully, someday we will be able to rescue one of your babies. Thanks for letting me look at all of your friends.

Lori and I are current fosters for STL Boxer Rescue. Our second foster was Tanner. For some reason Tanner got very attached to me, and still does not like to be in a room if I am not there. Him and I have become best friends. He loves his new brother Diesel and likes to steal toys from his Sister Jada (both boxers). I smile everytime I think of him. He has become a major part of my family. We are still foster parents as well. Hopefully another Tanner does not come around, cause I am running out of room :)

I adopted Rockie a few years ago & I had not been able to properly thank his foster mom. The both of us are doing great and are thinking of getting Rockie a sister.

We would like to send a special thanks to the volunteers of STL Boxer Rescue for the great job and hard work that was put into Saturday's event. I would like to personally thank each and everyone for all your time and effort that was spent to make this a success. Mandy and I have had Luke in our prayers and thoughts. I have not stopped thinking about the atrocities that were performed against Luke with no consequence towards the previous owners. We have found great comfort in the fact that STL Louis Boxer Rescue has given the animals (Boxers) a voice. Animal cruelty is as we can all agree, an issue that merits greater attention, and I welcome a more comprehensive and timely discussion regarding the treatment of animals. We can be reached by email at Cory or Amanda

I adopted Drake on Oct. 17. I want to thank STL Boxer Rescue for bringing the two of us together. I was going back and forth about adopting or buying a puppy. NO Regrets !!! His foster mom made the transition very smooth and offered support if needed. My sister is jealous. Drake is making her one-year-old boxer look bad. Thanks again, for everything.

We had a female boxer for 10 years. She was just the best! Shelby was a reverse brindle with a black mask. Cancer took her at 12 years old, we got "pedie" (a male boxer) within a week. The house just wasn't the same without Shelby. Pedie is 1 1/2 years and we have so much fun with him. Boxers are our favorite! Just part of the family! You do an awesome job for this breed. Thanks!

We adopted "THE BEST" dog almost a year ago from your rescue and we are so happy with our dog! He is everything his foster mom said he was and then some. He's not just a pet, he IS our family! We never had the chance to properly thank Boxer Rescue for helping us find the best dog for our family! We can't thank you enough, not to mention, we can't imagine our life without this very special animal! Thank you so much! We only wish we could rescue all the boxers out there!

Love the new site. We have had the most wonderful experience by adopting through St. Louis Boxer Rescue. We've had Sadie for 10 months now and can not imagine life without her. Our four year old calls her his "Sadie Girl". She is his most loyal companion and is always willing to do whatever he wants to do. Thank you so much for introducing us to Sadie.

Just wanted to say HI YA, HI YA! Jo Louis and I are having a swell time. We do everything with our Janice and make her get up early and stay up late walking the neighborhood. Lots of squirrels and rabbits here and one cat next door. Life is good and I am going to school to teach Janice how to walk and not run--stuff like that. Jo Louis says that she already knows all that and doesn't have to go or practice on JDK. Well, it's time for a new bone gotta runnnnnnnn...................Thanks for putting us all together. Lots of Licks and wiggles, Marciano Cherrie.
